does anyone know how to install pc suite on windows8 it will not let me upload the cd -

I too would like an update here too. unable to install pc suite. I can install drivers for maxisys printer, but unable to install other software. Also tried downloading from website, and will not execute file -

I downloaded the software directly from Autel and I installed it on Windows 8.1 with no problems. Printing works and updating the VCI works fine too. -

With my Windows 8.1 system, autel printer doesn't work -

you might want to try and install using compatibility mode set for win7 -

I installed the software on Windows 8.1 and got the printer to work by allowing the pclink application through the firewall. Go to the start screen, type in firewall and get to the screen that allows you to specify what programs can get through the firewall. If you have other protection software you will need to clear it through them too.
